Should I let my recipient know I have purchased this for them?
Sure! Sometimes emails get lost in junk or spam and it might be a good idea to Let them know to look out for an email from Book+ Bow.
It's a gift, can I still write a note to them?
Absolutely. At check-out make sure you include a note of what you would like written and we will make sure to include it in their gift box.
How does the questionnaire get to my recipient?
Once you place an order, a member of our team will personally email your recipient within 24 hours. It is very important you include your recipients email in your order , along with their mailing address.
I know my recipient wont like a certain product, can I let Book + Bow know?
Yes! Feel free to mention it in the notes section at checkout or email us directly at hello@bookandbow.ca. Your recipient will also have plenty of opportunities in the questionnaire to share their preferences, dislikes, and any allergies.
What if they don't like what Book + Bow selects?
We strive to select items with care and consideration and unfortunately do not offer refunds or exchanges.
However, if you are the recipient are unhappy with what we chose, we would still love to hear your feedback, as it helps us learn and improve for the future.
